Toshiba's Basic Command Interpreter (BCI)
The BCI is a powerful printer feature which allows printer firmware to manipulate incoming data to generate label formats.
In essence it enables Toshiba printers to be compatible with non-Toshiba Tec data streams
BCI uses BASIC programming language and operates within the Toshiba Printer. Toshiba Printers can be made to work with non-Tec Data Streams.
